Lean manganese carbonate ores are used as raw material, and the suspension electrolysis is used to improve the surface properties of solid phase; highly efficient additives are used to remove metal impurities such as molybdenum and iron to produce electrolytic manganese dioxide for mercury-free alkaline zinc-manganese batteries. Our products feature high purity and apparent gravity, with the liquid absorption more suitable for the technical requirements of alkaline zinc-manganese batteries. Our batteries feature small internal resistance, excellent continuous discharge performance of large current, and enhanced high-voltage discharge capacity. With sound forming of battery cathode, our products can meet the process requirements of alkaline zinc-manganese batteries.
