The company holds a meeting. Mid-Level Managers for 2024 On-site Work Report and Employee Assessment Conference
To further strengthen the building of the cadre team and enhance cadres’ ability to perform their duties effectively, create value, and take responsibility with commitment. From January 6 to 7, the company organized an on-site performance review and employee evaluation meeting for mid-level managers for the year 2024. Attending the meeting were Long Shaofei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of the company, members of the Party Committee, senior executives, mid-level cadres, and employee representatives.

At the meeting, the presenters took to the stage one by one in the order determined by a lottery, with each presenter allotted a fixed time limit. In 6 minutes, based on the five aspects—integrity, capability, diligence, performance, and integrity—and in light of my specific job responsibilities, I provided a comprehensive summary of my achievements and key work highlights for 2024. I conducted a thorough analysis of existing problems and clearly identified improvement measures and approaches.
After the performance reports concluded, employee representatives conducted a democratic evaluation of the personnel who had presented their reports, adhering to the principles of objectivity, fairness, and seeking truth from facts.
This conference not only provides cadres with a valuable opportunity to showcase themselves and enhance their capabilities, but also injects new vitality into the company’s future development. Moving forward, the company will deepen the application of assessment results, further optimize the allocation of its cadre team, and unleash team effectiveness, thereby providing solid talent support and assurance for driving the company’s high-quality development.
