From February 9 to 10, the company held its 2025 Work Conference in Shaoshan with great solemnity. Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, this conference thoroughly implemented the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee. He proposed: First, we must grasp the dialectical relationship between stability and progress, and accelerate digital and intelligent transformation. Deeply leveraging the digital and intelligent transformation strategy, we will accelerate the pace of enterprises’ digital and intelligent transformation and drive the industry toward greater intelligence and high-end development. Second, we must implement a concentrated and focused strategy to pool development efforts. Each business segment should focus its superior resources on key areas such as cost reduction and efficiency improvement, technological innovation, and management efficiency enhancement, and make every effort to tackle these challenges head-on.
