III. Eligibility Requirements
1. Possess Chinese nationality, uphold the leadership of the Communist Party of China, abide by the Constitution and laws of the People’s Republic of China, and demonstrate good moral character and professional ethics.
2. In good physical health and capable of performing the duties of the applied-for position.
3. Applicants must meet the job requirements, and graduates of the class of 2025 must obtain their graduation certificates and degree certificates by July 31, 2025.
4. Circumstances under which applicants are ineligible: Individuals who have been found to have engaged in examination cheating in previous open recruitment examinations; individuals who are suspected of violating laws or discipline and are currently under investigation by the disciplinary inspection and supervision authorities or judicial authorities but for whom no conclusion has yet been reached; individuals who have previously been subjected to criminal penalties for committing a crime; individuals whose disciplinary sanctions have not yet been lifted; individuals who have been dismissed from public office; individuals who have been legally listed as subjects of joint punitive measures for dishonesty; and other individuals prohibited from being hired under applicable laws, regulations, and provisions—applications from such individuals will not be accepted.
IV. Campus Recruitment Process
Application → Qualification Review → Recommendation Based on Performance Scores → Comprehensive Interview → Offer Issuance & Tripartite Agreement Signing → Medical Examination & Background Check → Formal Employment.

- Qualification Review: A comprehensive verification of applicants' identity, education level, major, work experience, certifications, and other relevant aspects is conducted to determine whether they meet the requirements of the advertised position.
- Merit-based Selection: Candidates who pass the initial qualification review must submit their official academic transcripts. Candidates will be selected for the next stage based on their academic performance. Those selected will be notified by phone, email, or text message; candidates not selected will not receive further notification.
- Comprehensive Interview (Interview Plus Discussion): A panel of interviewers—comprising at least five members from the Organization and Personnel Department, the employing unit, and external reviewers—will conduct interviews to assess candidates’ professional and technical skills, comprehensive analytical abilities, verbal communication skills, and personality traits. In conjunction with the discussion, the panel will gain a deeper understanding of candidates’ career plans and their awareness of the target position, thereby comprehensively evaluating the candidates’ suitability for the role. The ratio of planned recruitment positions to the number of interviewees shall be no less than 1:3, and the Supervision and Audit Department will participate throughout the entire process to ensure oversight. For doctoral-level candidates applying for R&D positions, if the above-mentioned ratio cannot be met, the interview ratio may be adjusted after careful consideration, the number of positions to be recruited may be reduced, or the recruitment for that position may be canceled altogether.
- Offer issuance and tripartite agreement signing: After a comprehensive evaluation by the panel of judges, the list of candidates to be hired will be finalized and publicly announced. Once the announcement period elapses without any objections, offers will be issued, and the tripartite agreement will be signed. (For candidates who are not graduates of the Class of 2025 but still hold the status of recent graduates, a tripartite agreement is not required; they may proceed directly to the next stage.)
- Medical Examination and Background Check: After the prospective employee obtains their graduation certificate, a medical examination will be arranged. A background check will then be conducted on those who pass the medical examination.
- Formal employment: Candidates who pass the medical examination and background check will sign a labor contract and complete onboarding procedures.
Candidates who are tentatively offered employment must, within the specified time frame, report to the company with their ID card, diploma, degree certificate, professional title or practice qualification certificate, and criminal record clearance. Candidates who fail to report by the deadline will be deemed to have voluntarily waived their offer of employment.
V. Social Recruitment Process

Applicants who pass the qualification review will proceed to the next stage; those who do not qualify will not be notified separately via phone, email, or text message.
3. Comprehensive Assessment: A comprehensive assessment will be conducted for applicants who have passed the initial qualification review, including an online assessment and a written examination (applicants with a postgraduate degree or higher are exempt from the written examination). The online assessment will be administered via an online talent assessment tool and will cover aspects such as career interests, personality traits, and motivations; the results will serve as a reference for hiring decisions. The written examination is a closed-book test lasting 60 minutes, with a total score of 100 points. The passing score for the written exam is no less than 60 points. Candidates will be ranked according to their scores from highest to lowest, and those who meet the passing score will advance to the interview stage based on their ranking. Selected candidates will be notified by phone, email, or text message; applicants not selected will not receive further notification. The ratio of planned recruitment positions to the number of candidates taking the written exam shall be no less than 1:3.

6. Collective Review: The candidate’s application will be submitted to the company’s Party Committee for review.
7. Medical Examination and Background Check: After the study is confirmed, arrange for a medical examination and conduct background checks on those who pass the medical examination.
8. Identify the candidates to be hired: Determine the candidates to be hired based on the results of the assessment and medical examination.
9. Public Notice and Hiring: The list of candidates proposed for hiring will be publicly announced for a period of 5 working days. Upon expiration of the announcement period, if no objections are raised against the proposed candidates or if any objections raised are verified as not affecting their eligibility for hire, employment contracts will be signed and onboarding procedures will be completed.
