In response to the nationwide ... With 48 “Quality Month” activities focused on the core goal of building a “quality-driven enterprise,” Xiangtan Electrochemical recently held a grand summary and awards ceremony for its 2025 Quality Month activities. Attending the meeting were Cheng Xijun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager; Zhou Tong, Member of the Party Committee and Chief Engineer; senior executives; heads of various departments; and representatives from subsidiaries and branch companies. Personnel from the Jingxi base participated via video conference. The meeting was chaired by Zou Qiuyang, Director of Quality.

Zhou Tong on this occasion The effectiveness of the “Quality Month” campaign was highly praised. He emphasized that quality work is the cornerstone of enterprise development and put forward the “Three-Pronged Approach”: First, standards must be fully implemented—every employee should distill excellent practical experiences and formalize them into standardized operating procedures. Second, exemplary leadership must be effectively demonstrated—leveraging the role of “Zero-Defect Promotion Model Posts” as benchmarks to drive broader adoption. Third, responsibility must be firmly enforced—cultivating a sense of shared responsibility for quality among all employees and ensuring that everyone builds a robust quality defense line.
In his summary and deployment remarks, Cheng Xijun put forward three key requirements for work, providing clear guidance for subsequent quality efforts: First, we need to promote the concept of quality. “Deeply rooted.” Integrate the zero-defect philosophy throughout the entire process—production, service, and R&D—and reject formalism. “Quality is the foundation for survival” has become a conscious and collective action among all employees. Second, we need to strengthen the entire process. “Strict control.” Improve the end-to-end quality control system, refine standards for key nodes, and abandon... “Approximately” thinking ensures that the quality of each stage is controllable and traceable; Third, we must unite all employees. “Collaboration.” Break down barriers to interdepartmental collaboration, strengthen cross-departmental quality-coordination mechanisms, and foster a powerful synergy in which everyone cares about and safeguards quality, thereby embedding quality awareness deeply within our hearts and translating it into concrete actions. Moving forward, the company will continue to uphold... The “customer-first” philosophy, firmly committed to quality as our lifeline, will ensure the company’s high-quality, long-term development!
