Strategic Upgrading Organizational Renewal | The advanced retraining program of “Concentrated EMBA” concludes successfully.
On October 8, Xiangtan Electrochemical held a special seminar on advanced follow-up training for the “Concentrated EMBA” program, officially launching a new journey to upgrade strategic and organizational capabilities. Liu Ganjiang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board, Long Shaofei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager, and Teacher Jiang, the company’s management consultant, attended the meeting. Members of the company’s Party Committee, managers at all levels, key technical personnel, all trainees, and colleagues from the Jingxi base participated in the meeting via a “main venue + video sub-venues” format. The meeting was chaired by Cheng Xijun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager. 
This refresher training is based on Under the theme of “Strategic Leadership, Co-creating Value,” this initiative focuses on the in-depth implementation of the “Ten Departments of Tianlong” management system, driving the company’s transformation from a “lone warrior” model to a “corps-level operations” model, and systematically enhancing organizational collaboration capabilities and sustainable competitive edge.
Training Setup The event featured two key segments: “Core Module Sharing” and “Implementation Plan Pitch.” During the Core Module Sharing session, 11 participants provided in-depth explanations on ten key topics—including strategic design, value creation, and product strategy—demonstrating their precise grasp of the course curriculum and their ability to translate theory into practical application. In the pitch session, three teams—the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Company, Guangxi Lijin, and the EMD Business Unit—each took the stage in turn to present systematic implementation plans based on real-world business scenarios. The lively exchange of ideas at the scene highlighted these teams’ solid foundation in integrating theory with practice. 

After a comprehensive evaluation, trainee He Juan was awarded. “Core Module Sharing Champion”; the EMD Business Unit won the “On-Site Solution Pitch Team Championship.” 
In his commentary, Teacher Jiang pointed out that this refresher training has achieved remarkable results in knowledge transfer and innovative application, and the modules on strategy, value, and organization have demonstrated deep potential. He emphasized that... The value of the “Ten Chapters of Tianlong” lies in its systematic framework. It is recommended that all organizations take these outcomes as a starting point for transformation and continue to drive the fundamental shift from concepts to capabilities. 
Long Shaofei emphasized that the excellence strategy focuses on... The steadfastness of “taking one and letting go of nine,” the planning approach of “starting from the end,” and the execution spirit of “fighting to the very end”—these are the qualities he demands of all managers. He urges them to foster a closed-loop system of “awareness—practice—results,” establishing their industry standing through concrete actions and earning market recognition with genuine strength. 
In his summary and deployment remarks, Liu Ganjiang put forward three key requirements:
1. Establish a learning mechanism to promote strategic alignment.
