    Recently, the company carefully planned two unique team-building activities for its young members, aiming to strengthen team cohesion, enrich employees’ cultural lives, and showcase the vibrant spirit of youth.

    On the morning of May 10, with bright sunshine and a gentle breeze caressing the banks of the Xiangjiang River, young members gathered at Yixiang Paragliding Campground, embarking on an aerobic team-building journey that blended nature and sports.

    The event kicked off to the rhythm of energetic music. “ Keep up the pace and unleash your passion! ”  The coach led everyone in beating the warm-up drums. As the rhythm of the drums took hold, participants gradually became familiar with aerobic drumming, allowing their bodies and minds to relax and unwind. The atmosphere at the scene quickly heated up. During the self-introduction segment, as each member introduced themselves, everyone responded in unison. “Great!” Simple interactions quickly bring people closer together and create a harmonious atmosphere.

    During the ball-throwing and catching segment, team members had to precisely synchronize their timing for throwing the ball in unison and accurately catch their teammates’ throws. This process put the team’s chemistry and coordination to a rigorous test. The song-recognition round was thrilling and intense—only the team captain had the right to buzz in. At this moment, the seamless cooperation between team members and the captain became especially crucial. When a team succeeded in identifying the song correctly, cheers echoed throughout the campsite, and the team’s sense of unity continued to deepen through these interactive moments.

    The most eagerly anticipated segment was the squad performance. Each team had carefully choreographed their routines, skillfully blending drum beats with music to deliver distinctive aerobic drum-dance performances. Some teams showcased the vibrant energy of youth through passionate drum rhythms, while others told their team’s story through graceful and lively dance moves. Every team displayed its unique flair in its own special way. The outstanding performances were met with thunderous applause, bringing this event to a thrilling climax. In the end, the event concluded successfully amid rousing drumbeats.

    To enhance team cohesion and foster a positive and uplifting corporate culture, the Jingxi base recently organized a fun basketball event.

    This fun basketball event has a total of... Eight teams—the “Agency Team One,” “Agency Team Two,” “Thermal Power Process Team,” “Manganese Sulfate Process Team,” “Electrolysis Process Team,” “Finished Products Process Team,” “Testing Center Team,” and “Lijin Company Team”—will compete against each other. The competition features several fun rules, including mixed-gender team formations, a prohibition on male players defending female players, and the rule that female players can walk while holding the ball with both hands. These rules combine competitiveness, fun, and collaboration.

    On the playing field, the participating teams engaged in tactical discussions and coordinated their efforts, delivering a thrilling clash of speed and passion. This not only helped them get fit and relieve stress but also showcased their youthful vitality and promoted team spirit. After fierce competition, in the end... The “Testing Center Team” took first place, the “Electrolysis Process Team” came in second, the “Second Government Office Team” placed third, and the “First Government Office Team” finished fourth.

    This fun basketball tournament, using sports as a connecting thread, allows employees to relax and rejuvenate after their busy workdays, while also fostering greater communication and friendship among them and strengthening cohesion within teams.
