To strengthen the development of the internal trainer team and promote the accumulation of company knowledge and experience as well as talent development, Xiangtan Electrochemical has launched... The “Internal Trainer Development Journey” series of training programs. Through a comprehensive, end-to-end development model—“building consensus + providing professional empowerment + driving practical implementation”—we have cultivated a professional and sustainable team of internal trainers, injecting strong momentum into the organization’s performance enhancement.
In early April, the company organized a team-building event themed “Unite for Internal Training, Empower Growth,” along with a kickoff meeting for the development of internal trainers. Through three key components—team-building activities, experience sharing, and the dissemination of company policies—the event aimed to inspire internal trainers’ sense of mission and belonging. At the event site, 36 prospective internal trainers forged common ground through interactive sessions and strengthened their sense of responsibility through collaborative efforts, officially embarking on their transformative journey toward empowering growth. 


From April to June, the company specially invited external TTT experts to provide systematic training for 36 prospective internal trainers. At the opening ceremony, He Juan, a member of the Party Committee and Executive Deputy General Manager, attended in person and delivered a motivational speech, highlighting the value and expectations of this project. The training focused on two core competencies: “course development” and “stage presentation.” Utilizing a multi-dimensional teaching approach—combining online pre-study, offline workshops, and one-on-one coaching—this program ensured that participants achieved comprehensive breakthroughs from theory to practice. To evaluate the results, the Organization and Personnel Department collaborated with company-level internal trainers to conduct another round of “one-on-one, detailed correction” of the trainees’ course materials and teaching techniques. 
In At the certification practice session on July 25, 26 trainees delivered 10-minute live teaching demonstrations centered around the core sections of their course materials. The company’s senior management team served as the “strongest judging panel,” providing multi-dimensional evaluations based on curriculum design, classroom presentation, and stage presence. In the end, all trainees successfully passed the初级 certification, with six participants earning first-, second-, and third-place awards for their outstanding performances. 
At the project closing meeting, He Juan, a member of the Party Committee and Executive Deputy General Manager, praised the internal trainers for their excellence in course selection, structural design, and classroom delivery. She also expressed three expectations for the internal trainer team: First, enhance the vividness of teaching and the effectiveness of courses to build a high-quality course library; second, establish a dynamic evaluation mechanism for internal trainers; and third, create a learning platform to promote cross-departmental knowledge sharing.
