On August 28, the Fourth Congress of Party Members of Xiangtan Electrochemical Technology Co., Ltd. of the Communist Party of China was successfully held. Liu Ganjiang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board, along with members of the Party Committee and representatives of Party members, gathered together to jointly fulfill their political duties and collaboratively chart a new course for development guided by Party building.

The conference was solemnly opened with the playing of the national anthem. Subsequently, the conference reviewed and adopted, by voting, the election procedures, the list of candidates for supplementary election to the Party Committee, as well as the lists of poll watchers and vote counters. The meeting employed a system of differential elections and secret ballots, electing Comrade Xie Qi as a member of the company’s Party Committee in the supplementary election. Following this, the plenary session of the CPC Committee of Xiangtan Electrochemical Technology Co., Ltd. was convened, during which the vice-secretary of the Party Committee was elected through an equal-number election. Comrades Cheng Xijun and He Juan were elected as vice-secretaries of the Party Committee.

In his concluding remarks, Liu Ganjiang first extended warm congratulations to the newly elected members of the Party Committee and the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, urging them to: cherish the trust placed in them, transform the organization’s high expectations into motivation for fulfilling their duties, take the lead in upholding political principles, keeping the bigger picture in mind, and strictly observing discipline; foster unity and collaboration, strengthen the collective synergy of the leadership team, and boldly forge ahead in deepening reform; and demonstrate practical commitment and responsibility, focusing on the core task of high-quality development and contributing their wisdom and strength. At the same time, he expressed sincere gratitude to all the delegates and put forward three hopes and requirements for all Party members and cadres:
