On January 13, Liu Ganjiang, Party Secretary and Chairman of the company, led the mid- and high-level management team to the CRRC Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Research Institute Co., Ltd. for a special study and research session titled “CRRC Journey: Strengthening Management.” They were welcomed by Wang Peng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of CRRC Zhuzhou Institute, along with his delegation. The purpose of this activity is to gain firsthand insights into the advanced practices of world-class enterprises in areas such as intelligent manufacturing, organizational capabilities, and cultural development, thereby fostering consensus and broadening perspectives for the strategic planning of the 15th Five-Year Plan. 


The learning team’s first stop was the CRRC Zhuzhou Institute’s Innovation Exhibition Center. Through an immersive tour, they gained a systematic understanding of the company’s technological strategies and industrial achievements in fields such as rail transit and new energy. Afterwards, the team visited the CRRC Times Electric Manufacturing Center and the CRRC Zero-Carbon Factory, where they observed firsthand the intelligent production lines for core high-speed rail components and other advanced manufacturing processes, further broadening their understanding of modern industrial systems and the frontiers of intelligent transformation. 
During the special study session, the HR head of Zhuzhou Institute gave a systematic introduction. The five talent initiatives—“Leading, Nest-building, Empowering, Jinling, and Dual Excellence”—comprehensively demonstrate a scientific and systematic talent development mechanism, ranging from strategic talent reserves to leadership enhancement. 
The corporate culture leader shared the implementation strategies for embedding culture across Zhuzhou Institute’s diverse business lines, providing valuable insights for the company in terms of team building and cultural integration.
Liu Ganjiang expressed his sincere gratitude for the warm hospitality and the candid sharing of experience extended by CRRC Zhuzhou Institute. He pointed out that CRRC Zhuzhou Institute, as a world-class enterprise in the high-end equipment manufacturing sector, boasts profound expertise and strong capabilities in technological innovation and corporate management. Participants unanimously agreed that they would translate what they’ve learned into concrete actions aimed at enhancing management practices and driving the company’s development toward higher standards, greater quality, and improved efficiency.
In the future, the company will continue to encourage managers to broaden their horizons, update their mindsets, draw on valuable experiences, and translate these insights into tangible achievements that drive high-quality corporate development, thereby injecting sustained momentum into the company’s high-quality growth.
