The Grand Lecture Series for Enhancing the Qualities of Female Employees at the Electrochemical Group –
“Green Vibrancy” Enters the Wonderful World of Succulents
The little fairy in the pot stirs my heart—this tiny succulent terrarium is brimming with a love for life. To enrich the leisure and cultural lives of female employees, invigorate the cultural atmosphere at Dianhua, and showcase the healthy, positive, and vibrant spirit of our female colleagues, on the afternoon of October 30, the Women’s Committee of the Trade Union of Xiangtan Dianhua Group Co., Ltd. organized an event titled “Green Vibrancy: Exploring the Wonderful World of Succulents.”
At the event site, professional horticulturists provided a detailed introduction to the cultivation and care of succulent plants. They answered in-depth questions about common issues such as watering and sunlight exposure, and demonstrated live how to properly transplant and arrange succulents. During the hands-on planting session, the women transformed into skillful gardeners, each carefully wielding small tools to fill soil, plant, and decorate. With each scoop of earth and every stroke of the shovel, they planted their hopes and aspirations for a better life. Putting aside the stresses of work and daily life, they fully immersed themselves in the activity, creating a remarkably harmonious and joyful atmosphere at the scene.
Amid laughter and cheerful chatter, one pot after another of uniquely charming succulent planters was completed. Everyone eagerly took photos with the planters they’d made themselves, sharing their joy and expressing how much fun they’d had creating these planters, how much they’d learned about plant care, and how much positive energy they’d felt from being surrounded by greenery. The activity also fostered closer connections among the women participants, helping them appreciate and cherish life even more in their busy work lives.
