(hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), enhance their cohesion and fighting spirit, and improve their overall physical and mental well-being—thereby further inspiring the young employees of the Company to remain stable in their jobs, love their work, demonstrate professionalism, and dedicate themselves wholeheartedly—and fully showcasing the positive spiritual outlook of the Company’s youth, on the morning of May 22, the Company’s Youth League Committee organized a fun running competition themed “The May Fourth Spirit: I Carry It Forward, I’m Young and Energetic!” for more than 60 League members and young employees from 10 grassroots League branches across various subsidiaries and factories, held at the China Virtue Culture Park by Jiuhua Lake.
At 9:30 a.m., the competition officially kicked off at the Zhonghua De Culture Park by Jiuhua Lake. The event was organized in the form of teams composed of members from various branches, with a total of three major groups, each containing two subgroups. The fun-filled challenge consisted of eight stages, including leg-bonding races, jump rope relays on pressure boards, quizzes on corporate culture knowledge, and water-transfer games using paper cups—each stage designed to continuously enhance the team spirit and tenacious fighting spirit of young League members. After intense competition, the team formed by the Government Office League Branch and the Manganese Sulfate Plant League Branch ultimately won the “First Prize”; the team made up of the Scientific Research League Branch and the Electrolysis Plant League Branch took home the “Second Prize”; and the team comprising the Thermal Power Plant League Branch and the Finished Products Plant League Branch secured the “Third Prize.” Additionally, the Wastewater Treatment Company League Branch received the “Outstanding Organization Award.”
The May Fourth Spirit—its legacy is mine to carry forward. This competition coincides with the Youth Day of May Fourth, and the young members of our company’s Youth League are sweating profusely, uniting their hearts and pooling their strength to uphold the May Fourth spirit of “patriotism, progress, democracy, and science.” They continuously demonstrate their youthful vigor through concrete actions, embodying the sense of responsibility and commitment of young League members.
