    　　On October 30, Deng Sanlong, leader of the Fourth Touring Guidance Group for the provincial party committee’s thematic education campaign on “Staying True to Our Original Aspiration and Keeping Our Mission Firmly in Mind,” along with Kuang Zoufei, deputy leader, visited Xiangtan County and several state-owned enterprises to conduct research and provide guidance on topics including the thematic education campaign, grassroots organizational development, project construction, and industrial development. Liao Guisheng, member of the municipal party standing committee and head of the Organization Department, and Zhou Xiaoli, member of the municipal party standing committee and head of the Publicity Department, also participated in the visit.

    　　In the morning, a delegation from the provincial Party committee’s guidance team arrived in Xiangtan County and conducted on-site investigations of Xiangtan Jiahai Industrial New City, Hunan Huangye Food Co., Ltd., Hunan Wuzhou Tong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Xiangtan BAIC Dasheng Automotive Systems Co., Ltd., Xiangtan Baiyi Independent Innovation Park, and the Yangtze River scenic belt. They personally experienced Xiangtan Tianyi Economic Development Zone’s strong development momentum and vast potential for growth. Xiangtan County is accelerating reforms and innovation within its industrial parks and promoting high-quality development. It encourages Party members and cadres to stay true to their original aspirations and shoulder their missions at the frontline of work, using the outcomes of project construction as a key measure to evaluate the effectiveness of thematic education. Meanwhile, Party building efforts among non-public enterprises have been carried out vibrantly and received unanimous praise from the guidance team.

    　　In the afternoon, the guidance team visited enterprises such as Xianggang Steel, Jianglu, and Xiangtan Electrochemical, carefully examining their workshop production processes, attentively listening to briefings on the companies’ development status, and gaining a detailed understanding of the challenges these enterprises face in their growth. Xiangtan Electrochemical adheres to the new development philosophy and implements a “dual-wheel” development strategy focused on the new-energy battery materials industry and the environmental protection sector, thereby driving innovative development in its traditional industries and achieving remarkable economic results. The company has set an exemplary standard for state-owned enterprises and has received full recognition from the guidance team.
