    　　On May 29, a delegation led by Comrade Zhong Hong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Xiangtan Electrochemical Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Group Company”), along with heads from five affiliated subsidiaries and branch companies, visited Wenxing Village in Jinshi Town, Xiangxiang City, to offer condolences and support to the poverty-stricken households jointly assisted by the Group Company and its partners. In the village’s conference room, the delegation listened to the village secretary’s briefing on the various measures being taken to lift the village out of poverty and held a warm and friendly discussion with the impoverished households. Comrade Zhong Hong emphasized that assisting in the fight against poverty is the responsibility of every enterprise, and that by joining forces, our several enterprises are committed to making our utmost efforts to help Wenxing Village achieve its poverty alleviation goals.

    　　After the symposium, accompanied by village officials, the delegation from the group company and the heads of the joint-venture enterprises visited each impoverished household individually to gain a better understanding of their specific circumstances and delivered condolence funds. Based on the unique situations identified in each family, the joint-venture units have preliminarily formulated tailored assistance measures—adopting a “one household, one plan” approach—to provide dedicated and heartfelt support for poverty alleviation.
