    　　After three years of painstaking effort, Xiangtan’s journey toward becoming a National Civilized City has been fraught with challenges. Thanks to the wise leadership of the municipal Party committee’s leading team and the concerted efforts of all relevant municipal departments, communities, and citizens, Xiangtan successfully earned the title of National Civilized City at the end of 2017. Since May 2017, our company has actively participated in the city’s campaign to achieve civilized status. In accordance with instructions from higher authorities, we have developed specific action plans and steadily implemented them step by step. Today, as the city enters the stage of deepening its efforts toward becoming a National Civilized City, our company continues to assign employees to volunteer activities in the Chunchongtang community. Every Friday, the company organizes 10 volunteers, led by the secretary of the Party branch, to carry out civilizational advocacy activities focused on “yielding at zebra crossings” and large-scale community cleanups in the Chunchongtang community. Even during the scorching summer months, our volunteers remain full of energy and diligently perform their volunteer duties.

    　　As the city’s efforts to build a civilized city enter the stage of consolidating achievements, the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government, determined to press on with even greater vigor, have decided to fully launch the initiative to create a National Healthy City starting this year, aiming to earn the title of “National Healthy City” by 2020. In accordance with the requirements of the “Work Plan for Building a National Healthy City in Xiangtan,” our company has formulated a specific work plan tailored to our own realities, clearly defining the guiding principles and objectives of the Healthy City initiative. We have established a dedicated leading group, intensified publicity and mobilization efforts, and organized all departments and subsidiaries to earnestly carry out activities such as the “Friday General Clean-up,” ensuring that our company environment remains clean and tidy. In addition, we encourage employees to actively engage in physical exercise to enhance their physical fitness; we are further strengthening the institutionalization of our volunteer service system, mobilizing the volunteer teams formed during the Civilization-building period to participate in various volunteer activities, including Healthy City promotion, civilised behavior advocacy, protection of the Xiangjiang River, and traffic guidance. Moreover, our company has clearly defined the division of responsibilities and the assessment mechanism for the Healthy City initiative, thereby ensuring that the work progresses steadily and effectively.
