    　　On July 3, the unveiling ceremony and groundbreaking mobilization meeting for the 1,000-ton ternary precursor pilot production line of Hunan Dianhua Houpu Technology Co., Ltd. were successfully held at the company’s premises in Qianping. Attending the event were Li Meilong, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Yuhu Industrial Concentration Zone; Tan Xinqiao, Party Secretary and Chairman of the company; Liu Ganjiang, General Manager of the technology company; Zhang Yingchun, Deputy General Manager; and Feng Jie, Vice President of Heke Chuang Group.

    　　First, Feng Jie, Vice President of Lihe Kechuang Group, delivered a speech. Mr. Feng expressed his heartfelt gratitude to companies and organizations such as Xiangtan Electrochemical Group and Yuhu Industrial Concentration Zone for their support of the project. He introduced that the project plans to adopt a cutting-edge, domestically and even globally pioneering powder material preparation technology, which offers advantages in terms of environmental friendliness, cost-effectiveness, and product quality when producing ternary precursors.

    　　At the meeting, Tan Xinqiao, Party Secretary and Chairman of the company, delivered important instructions. Mr. Tan urged all departments and subsidiaries of Xiangtan Electrochemical to provide comprehensive support and assistance to the project, making every effort to ensure its swift completion and full-scale production. The work team dispatched by Electrochemical to Hunan Electrochemical Houpu must uphold the “two musts”: first, they must carry forward the spirit of hard work and forge ahead despite difficulties; second, they must devote themselves wholeheartedly to the project’s construction. At the same time, he emphasized focusing on the following three key areas: First, we must closely monitor progress. Given the rapid pace of innovation in new-energy battery materials, everyone needs to organize meticulously, manage scientifically, accelerate progress, and meet deadlines to achieve commissioning as soon as possible. Second, we must prioritize quality. We must operate strictly according to established procedures and standards, practice civilized construction, and ensure the highest quality of the project. Third, we must pay close attention to safety and environmental protection during the construction phase. We must rigorously control noise and dust pollution during construction. Members of the Safety and Environmental Protection Departments of Electrochemical Technology should frequently visit the Houpu construction site to conduct inspections and provide guidance, helping to ensure that safety and environmental protection standards are fully met throughout the construction process.
