As the company continues to grow at an unprecedented pace, its confidentiality efforts have also risen to an even greater level of importance and urgently require comprehensive implementation. I am honored to have been entrusted by my leaders with spearheading this challenging yet critical task.     　　Confidentiality work is essential to ensuring that all of the company’s core secrets remain securely protected and to safeguard the company’s fundamental interests. Since taking charge of the company’s confidentiality efforts, I have become acutely aware of the importance and necessity of doing a good job in this area. It is a long-term and arduous task that must never be neglected at any time. Only when those involved in handling confidential information treat confidentiality as something that safeguards their livelihoods, their career prospects, and their family’s happiness can we ensure the smooth progress of the company’s endeavors. We must strengthen our awareness of confidentiality from the standpoint of ideology, deeply recognize the extreme importance of confidentiality work under today’s new circumstances, and gradually develop habits of confidentiality in both words and deeds.

    　　Guided by the working principle of “clarifying responsibilities, implementing systems, strengthening management, and safeguarding secrets,” I have taken the approach of reinforcing the organizational structure for confidentiality work as a starting point. This involves intensifying confidentiality awareness education for all company employees, improving and perfecting confidentiality systems, standardizing confidentiality management practices, and promoting the development of confidentiality work toward greater standardization and institutionalization. To accelerate the advancement of confidentiality efforts, we have conducted two comprehensive inspections. For areas where confidentiality practices in various units were found lacking, we’ve put forward practical and reasonable improvement suggestions and followed up closely to ensure their implementation. We’ve also organized numerous coordination meetings to carefully identify and determine the classification levels and management protocols for documents and specific areas. Furthermore, we’re fully committed to expediting the implementation of access control measures across the factory premises, coordinating with external organizations and personnel to ensure the signing of confidentiality agreements, and drafting multiple management regulations while closely monitoring their effectiveness. Through this series of inspections and follow-up actions, we’ve steadily advanced the implementation of confidentiality measures. Employees’ awareness of confidentiality has been steadily increasing—for instance, employees have proactively reported instances where strangers were taking photos on the production line or where non-duty personnel were accessing job records. Such employees actively inquire about the identities of these individuals and promptly report them to their supervisors. Kudos to these employees who demonstrate such strong confidentiality awareness! Taking advantage of the publicity provided by the Electric Power Report, I’d like to appeal to all company employees to embrace a sense of ownership and further enhance their awareness of confidentiality.
