On May 3, Liu Weiguo and Zhou Qiangyu from the Municipal Party Committee’s Office for “Four Responsibilities and Four Commitments,” along with Yang Xinwei and Peng Xuejun from the Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, visited Xiangtan Electrochemical Group Co., Ltd. to conduct an on-site inspection of the implementation of the “Four Responsibilities and Four Commitments” initiative. The inspection team listened carefully to the report delivered by Comrade Wang Jiong, Deputy General Manager of the Group Company, and conducted a thorough investigation into the company’s “Four Responsibilities and Four Commitments” work through reviewing relevant documents and conducting on-site interviews. The inspection team commended the initial achievements made by the company in carrying out the “Four Responsibilities and Four Commitments” activities. They noted that the company’s leadership attached great importance to the initiative, taking the lead in promoting and publicizing it. All Party members and cadres openly made commitments and fulfilled their responsibilities, setting a fine example and playing a leading role.
The inspection team put forward the following recommendations for further strengthening and implementing the tasks: First, we must attach great importance to this from a cognitive standpoint and conscientiously carry out the prescribed measures in accordance with the requirements of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. Second, we need to ensure accountability at all levels: commitments made by units and their top leaders will be reviewed and monitored by higher-level authorities; commitments made by members of the leadership team will be monitored by the company’s top leader; and commitments made by middle-level managers and Party members will be monitored by their respective supervisors. Third, we must refine the working mechanisms and establish specific, actionable assessment systems. Fourth, we must focus on achieving tangible results, enhancing our execution capabilities, addressing the “Four Winds,” and resolving long-standing problems in our work. Fifth, we must emphasize publicity, promptly promoting the importance, significance, and specific measures of these initiatives.
