    • Xiangtan Electrochemical Group Co., Ltd. Holds a Mobilization Conference for the Thematic Education Campaign on "Staying True to Our Original Aspiration and Keeping Our Mission Firmly in Mind."

    　　On the afternoon of September 18, Xiangtan Electrochemical Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Xiangtan Electrochemical”) held a mobilization meeting for the thematic education campaign on “Staying True to Our Original Aspiration and Keeping Our Mission Firmly in Mind” in the conference hall on the first floor of the Dandis Hotel. The meeting was chaired by Zhong Hong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Xiangtan Electrochemical. Wei Jian, leader of the 12th Guiding Group for the thematic education campaign on “Staying True to Our Original Aspiration and Keeping Our Mission Firmly in Mind” from the Municipal Party Committee, along with deputy leader Pang Jinghong and group members Lin Shaoquan, Yang Yan, and Chen Jie, attended the meeting to provide guidance. More than 340 participants, including members of the company’s Party Committee in Xiangtan, secretaries of Party branches, and Party members, took part in the meeting. Party members of Xiangtan Electrochemical working in Jingxi joined the meeting via video conference.

    　　First, in accordance with the directives from the Central Committee, the Provincial Party Committee, and the Municipal Party Committee, and taking into account the actual situation of Xiangtan Electrochemical, Tan Xinqiao, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Xiangtan Electrochemical, made work arrangements and delivered a mobilizing speech for carrying out the thematic education campaign on “Staying True to Our Original Aspiration and Keeping Our Mission Firmly in Mind” at Xiangtan Electrochemical. He put forward three key points for the company to carry out this thematic education in depth: First, party organizations at all levels within the company and the vast number of party members and cadres must unify their thinking and raise their political awareness, fully recognizing the significant importance of conducting this thematic education; second, we must conscientiously implement the general requirements of staying true to our original aspiration, shouldering our mission, identifying gaps, and ensuring effective implementation, striving to achieve specific goals such as gaining tangible results from theoretical study, undergoing ideological and political cleansing, daring to take responsibility in work and entrepreneurship, solving practical problems for the people, and setting an exemplary standard of integrity and honesty. We must also rigorously carry out the four key tasks—study and education, investigation and research, problem identification, and rectification and implementation—to ensure that this thematic education is conducted to a high standard and with high quality; third, we must strengthen organizational leadership, ensuring that both the thematic education and production and operations are given equal attention and pursued with equal vigor. We must advance all tasks with high quality according to assigned responsibilities and timelines, carefully plan and organize implementation, and guarantee that the thematic education yields real and meaningful results.

    　　Subsequently, Comrade Wei Jian, leader of the 12th Guidance Group for the Municipal Party Committee’s thematic education campaign on “Staying True to Our Original Aspiration and Keeping Our Mission Firmly in Mind,” introduced the current context and overall situation of this thematic education campaign, as well as the primary tasks of the Municipal Party Committee’s guidance group. She put forward seven recommendations for Xiangtan Electrochemical’s implementation of the thematic education campaign on “Staying True to Our Original Aspiration and Keeping Our Mission Firmly in Mind”: She urged all party members and cadres within the company to earnestly raise their political awareness, proactively focus on the fundamental task, firmly grasp the overall requirements, closely align with specific objectives, comprehensively advance key measures, adhere to differentiated strategies tailored to different levels and categories, and emphasize practical results and effectiveness.
