    • Xiangtan Electrochemical Group Co., Ltd. held a commemorative event marking the 98th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and a July 1st awards ceremony.

    　　On the morning of June 28, Xiangtan Electrochemical Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) held a grand ceremony at the large conference room on the third floor of the Heling Production Base to commemorate the 98th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and to honor outstanding Party branches, excellent Party workers, and exemplary Communist Party members on July 1. Comrade Tan XinQiao, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, attended the meeting. Comrade Liu GanJiang, member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of the Company, presided over the meeting and read out the "Decision on Commending Advanced Party Branches, Outstanding Party Workers, and Excellent Communist Party Members." Senior executives at the level of Chief Assistant and above, secretaries of Party branches, and nominees for recognition all attended the meeting.

    　　At the meeting, Comrade Tan Xinjiao led all Party members in reviewing the Communist Party’s 98-year journey. He comprehensively summarized the efforts made by the company’s Party Committee in the first half of the year to steer enterprise development through Party building, covering six key areas: fulfilling responsibilities for Party building work, strengthening theoretical study, promoting the construction of Party branches, building a strong cadre and talent pool, fulfilling responsibilities for building a clean and honest Party, and leveraging the bridging role of mass organizations. Drawing on the company’s actual situation, he put forward four specific requirements: First, we must stay true to our original aspiration and carry out the thematic education campaign “Staying True to Our Original Aspiration and Keeping Our Mission Firmly in Mind” in a solid and effective manner; second, we must embrace our mission and be active contributors who strive for success and innovation; third, we must identify gaps and address shortcomings to enhance the core competitiveness of our enterprise; and fourth, we must focus on implementation, improve our working style, and drive high-quality development of the enterprise.

    　　The conference held an awards ceremony, during which members of the company’s Party Committee presented awards to four Party branches—including the Party branch of the Wastewater Treatment Co., Ltd.—that were recognized as “Advanced Party Branches,” as well as to eight outstanding Party workers, including Xu Min. Xu Min, representing the outstanding Party workers, and Dong Shujie, representing the outstanding Communist Party members, delivered speeches based on their respective work experiences. At the conclusion of the meeting, all participants stood up as the “International Anthem” was played, bringing the Xiangtan Electrochemical celebration of the 98th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and the July 1st commendation meeting to a successful close.
