　　On May 26, the city-wide thematic Party Day activity was officially launched. The company held an expanded meeting of its Party Committee in the large conference room on the 23rd floor of Wukuang Building, where participants jointly studied and implemented the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping, kicked off the company’s thematic Party Day activities, and steadily advanced the regular and institutionalized implementation of the “Two Studies and One Action” study and education campaign. Members of the company’s Party Committee, secretaries of various Party branches, and responsible officials from the Party Committee’s working department attended the meeting.

　　At the meeting, Tan Xinqiao, Party Secretary and Chairman of the company, delivered a vivid Party lesson to everyone. He first briefed the participants on the higher-level directives for promoting the regularized and institutionalized implementation of the “Two Studies and One Action” learning campaign. Together with the attendees, he studied in depth the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping and the key spirit of the central symposium. Secretary Tan shared his personal insights and views on advancing the regularized and institutionalized implementation of the “Two Studies and One Action” learning campaign from four perspectives: First, fully recognize the significant importance of promoting the regularized and institutionalized implementation of the “Two Studies and One Action” learning campaign; second, lay a solid foundation for “studying,” and achieve regularized and institutionalized implementation in the crucial aspect of “acting”; third, ensure regularized and institutionalized implementation by fully leveraging the principal role of Party branches; and fourth, achieve regularized and institutionalized implementation in carrying out the “Three Meetings and One Class” system. He emphasized that we must, from the perspective of upholding political principles and considering the overall situation, align our thinking and actions with the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee, the provincial Party committee, and the municipal Party committee, and genuinely enhance both our political awareness and our sense of initiative in promoting the regularized and institutionalized implementation of the “Two Studies and One Action” learning campaign. All Party branches must strengthen organizational leadership effectively, regarding the promotion of the regularized and institutionalized implementation of the “Two Studies and One Action” learning campaign as a strategic and fundamental project for comprehensively enforcing strict Party governance. We should deepen and expand our efforts in both “studying” and “acting,” and implement them with the tenacity and determination of driving nails home. Moreover, we must closely integrate the promotion of the regularized and institutionalized implementation of the “Two Studies and One Action” learning campaign with the company’s core tasks, such as its development and operations, and transform the outcomes of our study and education into tangible achievements that drive the company’s reform, development, and stability.

　　At the meeting, Zhong Hong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Trade Union, led everyone in studying the Municipal Party Committee’s “Opinions on Promoting the Regularization and Institutionalization of the ‘Two Studies and One Action’ Study and Education.” At the same time, he made arrangements for strengthening Party building work within the company. He emphasized that we must fully leverage the role of education in managing Party members; the “Three Meetings and One Class” should highlight the principle of strict governance over the Party in all respects, thereby enhancing the Party spirit of every Party member. Members of the Party Committee are required to deliver one Party class at the grassroots level, and branch Party secretaries are required to deliver one Party class within their respective branches. These Party classes should be closely aligned with the realities of ideological and political work, avoiding mere recitation from textbooks. On the 26th of each month, activities should be carried out around the theme of Party Day. We must firmly establish the guiding principle that “all Party work must reach the branch level,” and effectively play the role of the Party branch as a fighting fortress in accordance with the “Five Modernizations” requirements.
