    　　On the morning of July 3, the company held a commemorative meeting to mark the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and a ceremony honoring outstanding individuals at the large conference room on the third floor of the new base. All members of the Party Committee, secretaries of various Party branches, recipients of honors, and prospective Party members attended the meeting.

    　　Zhong Hong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Trade Union, presided over the meeting. He announced that everyone should stand up and the national anthem would be played, officially opening the meeting.

    　　At the start of the meeting, Tan Xinqiao, Party Secretary and Chairman of the company, delivered an important speech. He began by reviewing the Communist Party’s glorious 96-year journey, pointing out that without the Communist Party, there would be no New China. To realize the “Chinese Dream” of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, it is essential to build our Party well. He noted that over the past year, the company’s leadership team had collectively carried forward the entrepreneurial spirit of “achieving enterprise prosperity through practical action,” uniting and leading all Party members and employees to create maximum value for the company’s production and operations. Secretary Tan highly praised the Party Committee’s contributions in a series of areas, including the “Two Studies, One Action” study and education campaign, cadre development, reform and development, building integrity and clean governance, and cultural promotion activities. Secretary Tan also put forward three key points regarding current Party building work within the company: First, we must regard ideological Party building as the primary task and further deepen the normalization and institutionalization of the “Two Studies, One Action” study and education campaign; second, we must adhere to Party building through systems, strengthen grassroots Party branches, and ensure the effective implementation of organizational life systems; third, we must focus on building a Party with a strong work style, ensuring that efforts to build integrity and clean governance yield tangible results.

    　　Next, the 15 newly developed prospective Party members recited the oath of admission to the Party and thus proudly became part of the Communist Party’s reserve force. Attendees reaffirmed the Party oath.

    　　Liang Zhen, a member of the Party Committee of the company and Executive Deputy General Manager of the Group Corporation, read out the “Decision on Commending Advanced Party Branches, Outstanding Party Affairs Workers, and Outstanding Communist Party Members.” The company leaders attending the meeting presented medals to the various advanced party branches. Representatives of new party members, outstanding Communist Party members, and outstanding party affairs workers also delivered inspiring speeches, pledging to fully demonstrate the exemplary and pioneering role of party members, set a positive example for the masses, and contribute to the development of the enterprise.

    　　Zhong Hong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Trade Union of the company, made arrangements and set forth requirements for the party building work in the near future. Secretary Zhong stated that he hoped everyone would earnestly implement the spirit of the meeting, continue to play the exemplary and leading role of Party members and the fighting fortress role of Party branches, and closely focus on the company’s central tasks to make greater contributions to a new chapter in the company’s party building work.

    　　Finally, all the participants stood up and jointly sang “Without the Communist Party, There Would Be No New China.”
