To celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, look back on the journey of past struggles, gaze ahead toward the path of future endeavors, and once again raise our sails to present a heartfelt tribute to the Party’s centenary. After careful deliberation by the Party Committee of Xiangtan Electrochemical Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Electrochemical Group”), on May 20, 2021, the Electrochemical Group organized a Party history knowledge competition aimed at promoting learning through competition and further embedding Party history education into every branch and every Party member. A total of 15 participating teams from Party branches in Tan took part in this competition. Comrade Wang Jiong, a member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of the Electrochemical Group, attended the competition and served as a judge.

To celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, fully showcase the Party’s century-long glorious journey, great achievements, and valuable experiences, and deeply study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, we aim to inspire the vast number of Party members and cadres in the state-owned assets system to carry forward the red gene and tell the stories of Party history well. On the morning of May 20, 2021, the Leading Group for Party History Education under the Party Committee of State-Owned Assets of Xiangtan City organized a “Centennial Hundred-Classroom” micro-lecture competition. Xiangtan Electrochemical Group Co., Ltd. actively responded to the call and sent Comrade Wang Lei from the Hailing Office Branch Party Cell to represent the company in this lecture competition.

The Municipal Party Committee’s Propaganda Team held a briefing session on Party history study and education at Dianhua Group.

According to the unified arrangement of the Xiangtan Municipal Party Committee, on the afternoon of May 25, 2021, Xiangtan Electrochemical Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Electrochemical Group”) held a municipal-level lecture on Party history study and education. Comrade Zhang Wenhong, Deputy Director of the Municipal Party Committee’s Publicity Department, member of the Xiangtan sub-team of the provincial delegation tasked with interpreting the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee, member of the municipal Party history study and education lecture group, and expert of the municipal government agencies’ touring lecture series, delivered a lecture titled “Drawing Wisdom and Strength for Advancement from the Party’s Centennial History.” The meeting was chaired by Comrade Tan XinQiao, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Electrochemical Group. Attending the lecture were members of the Party committee leadership team, mid-level cadres, and secretaries of Party branches of Electrochemical Group based in Xiangtan. The meeting was also connected via video link to the Jingxi Electrochemical and Jingxi Lijin branches, enabling Party members and cadres at those branches to join the learning session as well.

The Electrochemical Group Participates in the Party Building Knowledge Competition for State-Owned Enterprises in Xiangtan City.

To celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and to pay tribute to the Party’s centenary, on May 25, the SASAC of Xiangtan City held the finals of a Party history knowledge competition themed “Reviving the Centennial History of the Party and Gathering the Strength to Forge Ahead” in the International Conference Hall on the third floor of the Huayu Grand Hotel. A total of 10 participating teams from provincial-level enterprises and state-owned enterprises directly under the city took part in the competition. He Gan from the Party branch of the Thermal Power Sub-plant, Yang Long from the Party branch of Shareholding No. 1, and Hu Yuezhi from the Party branch of the Wastewater Treatment Company formed the Electrochemical Group’s representative team for this competition. Comrade Wang Jiong, a member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of the Electrochemical Group, led the Electrochemical Group’s contingent to attend the competition event.
