To enhance their ability to respond to emergencies and improve the overall quality of the militia members, on May 11, 50 militia members from Xiangtan Electrochemical Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) formed a comprehensive emergency rescue team and embarked on a 13-day comprehensive emergency training program. This comprehensive emergency training was conducted in two phases. In the first phase, instructors from the city’s military sub-district training unit and firefighters from the Heling Fire Rescue Station in Yuhu District delivered lectures covering topics such as drill formations, forest fire prevention, counter-terrorism and anti-riot measures, flood control and disaster relief, and fire drills. Participants also learned how to use firefighting equipment including fire extinguishers, fire-fighting blowers, fire hoses, and chainsaws. The second phase involved conducting comprehensive emergency training tailored to the actual conditions of the company’s production facilities. To ensure effective training and fully prepare for various potential fire scenarios at the company, the comprehensive emergency rescue team was divided into four groups: the Fire Extinguisher Group, the Fire Blower Group, the Fire Hose Group, and the Rescue Group. During the training, these four groups worked closely together with seamless coordination. All team members strictly adhered to the training requirements, maintained strict discipline, trained diligently, and followed instructions conscientiously. With a strong sense of political responsibility and urgency, they fully recognized the necessity and importance of this training.
